The Working Theory of 12V DC Spray Pump Bypass System-Whaleflo

Many customer will ask how much pressure and flow sprayer pump should I choose? It depends on your actually working application requirement.Today we share some use of the pressure switch and bypass system.

Let us select 100PSI 5LPm FLo3203 model speaking, if you adjust the screw in clockwise direction, the pressure switch in lab testing will increase, but the suitable range is not large than 10 PSI. If you adjust too much, pump will leak. So if you turn into Anti-clockwise direction, pump pressure switch will down. But recommend adjust no less than 10 PSi or will cause working problem.

How about bypass play role during working?

12v battery sprayer pump equipped with an external bypass system.The design theory is high pressure with low flow rate and low pressure with high flow rate. Models equipped with bypass only turned off/ on manually, or by an independent control device. Bypass system can protect pump from working continuously damage. If you forget turn off Dc sprayer pump ,then bypass will play important role in it. It can let pump in idle speed avoiding motor burn out. Pumps equipped with a bypass recommend for continue to run till the power is manually turned off.
